This online store is owned and managed by Elliemount International (ABN 40 457 762 212) ("Elliemount International "). Herein, the Seller refer to Elliemount International , the customer refers to the person who buys or agrees to buy goods from the Seller.

The seller expects the customer's privacy. All information collected in the order form is solely used for order procudure. It will not be exposed to any third parties unless by law it must be.
Order
All orders submitted online are subject to the confirmation by the seller before the orders being accepted and processed .

The product specifications are based on the information supplied by the manufacturers. We will make moderate efforts to include complete and correct information on this website, however we make no warranty of any kind with its correctness.
Payments
All payments up front is the Seller's terms of business, the customer can pay either via cheque, credit card, money order or direct deposit to the seller's bank account which provided under the how to order section. The major credit cards, MasterCard, Visa and Bank Card will be accepted in our online store shopping cart. The order form is running on an eComm secure server. All information will be encrypted before transmission.
Delivery
As the payment being confirmed, the goods will be packed and dispatched within one working day. If the goods are not available (which will shown on the online store) the customer will be advised an estimated deliverance date, normally within 7-10 working days. Even as every reasonable effort will be made to maintain any delivery date, the Seller shall not be responsible for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of delayed expected date.
Return policy
Customer satisfaction is our goal. For any reasons, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return any item, contact the Seller by phone, Fax or electronic mail. The seller will advise the standard procedure of returning purchased items. Return shipping (including insurance) is the responsibility of the purchaser and non-refundable. Returning for refund however will be charged a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price plus initial postage and handling fee. All packaging will be inspected prior to credit. The item must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery and in its original packaging and in undamaged conditions. We will exchange or repair the faulty items.
Warranty
All products have a warranty for 12 months by the manufactory (returning to headquarters).
Limited liability
The Seller shall not be liable for any directly or indirectly damage relating to the use of goods ordered from this store.
